introduction piece for the sport of women's wrestling. It covers
the basics of the sport with an emphasis on female involvement in
wrestling. It features Tricia Saunders (USA) and Myiuu Yamamoto
(JPN). Teacher's and Coaches Curriculum Video and Instruction Manual
- this video and guide book was designed with the educational professional
in mind. The video/book is divided into three sections (beginner,
intermediate and advanced) and further divided into six lesson plans
within each section. They are timed and keyed to allow easy use
of the product. The video is 90 minutes in length.
