The CAWA Board of Directors consists of the following members;

• Each province and territory has one vote at the Board Meeting (13 members)
• The elected representatives of the CAWOA (Officials), High Performance Coaches and Athlete Representatives (Male and Female) each has one vote (4 members)
• The elected CAWA Executive Committee each has one vote (6 members).
